The Customer-Friendly Company Emblem is a key element of a research and development project diagnosing areas where a company’s relationships with customers are based on the exchange of value. The audit model implemented through the FPK corresponds to modern marketing trends, according to which the key to business success is identifying and meeting customer needs. The program is addressed to all companies and institutions, as well as branches and subsidiaries of corporations operating in Poland, that think responsibly about the development of strategies and employee competencies in the field of customer service. The program has been on the market for 9 years, and over 1000 companies have undergone audits so far. Over the last 3 years, nearly 80% of the companies surveyed during that time have received the Emblem.
The strategy of Siódemka is based, among other things, on introducing solutions and a range of innovations in creating value for customers – accelerating and automating the shipment handling process in order to improve the timeliness and security of deliveries. It is very important for Siódemka to adapt to the needs and specific operations of recipients. An example of such a “tailor-made” service is the so-called Procedural Shipment, dedicated primarily to the banking and financial sector. It meets the requirements of appropriate security measures and procedures and is subject to restrictive regulations, such as: Banking Law, KNF recommendations, and the Personal Data Protection Act.
– The Customer-Friendly Company Emblem is an expression of recognition for our continuous efforts to maintain the highest standards of customer service and to create an offer that meets their needs. By deciding to participate in the project, we submitted the quality of our work and services for evaluation. They have been appreciated by an independent and prestigious institution. This is an award for the entire Siódemka team – says Magdalena Dwulit, PR Manager at Siódemka S.A.
Siódemka’s response to rapidly changing market needs are new services and IT solutions. The WebMobile7 application, which enables full automation of the shipment handling process, or Mobile 7, which completely changes the approach to the process of sending and receiving parcels. Thanks to it, using a phone, users – both senders and recipients of shipments – can price a shipment, order a courier, or check where the nearest company branch is located. The latest solution offered by Siódemka to customers selling and buying products on the Allegro auction site is the ability to track the status of a shipment using only the auction number and their own nickname.
– Since customer satisfaction is our absolute priority, we actively invest in the latest technologies that accelerate operational processes related to parcel handling. Innovative solutions allow for a significant increase in the standard of our service delivery – adds Magdalena Dwulit.
