The program is intended for small and medium-sized carriers that cooperate permanently with DSV. Fuel cards, contrary to their name, are not just about easier purchases of diesel or AdBlue. From July 1, 2011, the electronic toll collection system viaToll will be in effect in Poland – the cards allow for cashless settlement of e-tolls in Poland and throughout Europe.
– Our program will certainly please the accountants of our subcontractors – explains Thomas Jansson, CFO at DSV Road. – Fuel cards allow for deferred payments and covering them with a single invoice, and perhaps even more importantly, faster recovery of VAT paid outside of Poland.
