The priority for the tenant – Edelmann Poland, part of a German group and a packaging manufacturer – was to lease a modern warehouse intended for a single company, in the immediate vicinity of the A2 motorway.
– I proposed a facility ready for a quick start of production, not requiring large adaptation expenditures. The building is adapted to the requirements of the printing industry and has a floor area that satisfies the tenant – approximately 7,000 sq m – says Anna Mazepa, responsible for the transaction on behalf of Jartom.
The subject of the lease is a large, independent production hall with office and social space, located within an industrial park, close to Aleje Jerozolimskie and with convenient access to the Poznań route. The facility fully meets the tenant’s expectations. The hall is an independent building and is additionally situated in a large business center. Also important for the tenant are location considerations (the motorway exit is located 1.5 km from the leased facility) and the advanced infrastructure of the facility.
