Summary of the online broadcast of the workshop “You know what you eat – organization and technologies for food traceability”

The workshop was held as part of the Logistics & Eurolog 2010 Congress. Participants had the opportunity to learn about trends in the logistics industry regarding food traceability. Additionally, the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing prepared an online broadcast of this event. As many as 400 people visited the broadcast page, of which 170 viewers watched the seminar for the full 2 hours. The data refers to visits from unique IP addresses, so the actual number of viewers was higher. The workshop was watched, among others, at the Mechanical School Complex in Gorzów, and local television prepared a short report on this event.
