KRKA-POLSKA, the local branch of a well-known pharmaceutical company, has implemented a mobile system – Emigo. The system, which belongs to SFA, FFA, and CRM class solutions, supports all processes in key areas of work.
Automatic data exchange between KRKA and its distributors is provided by the Sagra Technology solution – Integra. Its implementation has eliminated the need to send data (e.g., information about new products and product price changes) via email or fax and ensures that it goes directly into the recipient’s system (no manual entry required). The use of Integra has also streamlined logistics processes. Currently, distributors regularly send inventory levels, which eliminates the need for telephone verification and additionally allows representatives to secure sufficient stock and predict product shortages. The system developed by Sagra Technology, which was implemented at KRKA in the first quarter of this year, is still being developed, with more distributors being added, among other things.
