The Japanese pharmaceutical company Astellas Pharma Sp. z o.o. has signed a lease agreement for modern warehouse and office space in Ożarów Mazowiecki near Warsaw. The facility is owned by Panattoni Europe.
Due to its growth, Astellas Pharma sp. z o.o. has decided to lease modern warehouse and office space at the Panattoni Park Ożarów facility. Panattoni Park Ożarów is a modern warehouse facility located 15 km west of Warsaw, near the planned A2 motorway connecting Berlin and Moscow. The lease agreement covers over 2,500 sqm of warehouse space and nearly 260 sqm of office space. During the transaction, Astellas was represented by Colliers International, a commercial real estate advisor. This agency has also provided services to companies such as Leroy Merlin, Pregis, Sonoco, Nestle, and MEFA.
