This report on the warehouse space market in Poland in 2009 was prepared by experts from the Consulting Department of Cushman & Wakefield.
According to the report’s authors, the growth in warehouse space supply slowed down in 2009. Due to investors withdrawing from speculative projects, only approximately 857,000 sq m of new warehouse space entered the market, which is nearly half as much as in 2008. Total warehouse stock in Poland amounted to slightly over 6 million sq m.
