Poczta Polska SA is a new client of the TRANS exchange

TRANS Pro – a special version of the TRANS Exchange for multi-branch companies has gained a new, prestigious user – Poczta Polska SA. 10 branches of the postal operator will use Poland’s largest freight exchange.

Poczta Polska SA joined the group of TRANS Pro users in November 2009. Previously, it used the basic version of the TRANS exchange.

– We have over a dozen organizational units with a regional reach, located in various parts of the country. We decided to install the TRANS Pro version in all of them due to its functionality. In the new tool, we value 24/7 technical support, the ability to negotiate prices, and, which is extremely practical, receiving one invoice for the entire enterprise – says Piotr Mierzejewski, Specialist for Trade and Market Analysis at the Logistics Center of Poczta Polska SA.

Users of the popular TRANS can expect a significant increase in the number of transport offers – Poczta Polska has a fleet of over 4,000 containers with a load capacity from 1 ton to 24 tons. Furthermore, the new user will bring rich experience and logistics traditions to the TRANS community. The decision to use the corporate version for large companies, Trans Pro, means for Poczta Polska the rationalization of fleet management, acquiring new clients using the implemented transport service, and increasing the coordination of activities within a dozen regional logistics branches. The professional version of the European Transport Exchange TRANS Pro was created specifically for large companies – it has instruments helpful in managing a larger number of branches and supporting communication between them. An administrative panel common to all branches serves to coordinate activities in real-time and manage company employees within the account. The function of creating groups of selected recipients and senders of offers helps to create a ready-made, personalized database of regular clients. So far, the tool offered by the Logintrans company has been trusted by the largest logistics operators in the country and abroad, such as: C. Hartwig Gdynia, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Equus, FF Fracht, M&M Logistik, Pekaes Multispedytor, Cargoforte, or Raben Polska. In the last month, the German branch of the logistics operator JAS FBG and smaller companies such as Interteam Speditionsges GmbH, C. Spaarmann Logistics GmbH, or Eurologistics GmbH have also decided to purchase the corporate version of the TRANS Exchange.
