The Tulipan Park Warsaw logistics center is being developed on a 30-hectare plot located on Katowicka Avenue in Nadarzyn. It is situated just 5 km from the administrative borders of Warsaw and the Okęcie airport, in the immediate vicinity of national road No. 8 (Białystok – Warsaw – Katowice / Wrocław) and 4 km from national road No. 7 (Warsaw – Kraków). Phase I of the Park, with a total area of 50,500 sqm, was completed in May of this year and is currently 100% leased. The start of Phase II of the Park, which will include another 32,500 sqm, is planned soon. Additionally, a completely new product in terms of warehouse space, so-called small boxes, will be implemented in Nadarzyn. As part of this project, 4 buildings ranging from 3,500 to 7,000 sqm will be constructed, with minimum leasable modules available from as little as 500 sqm. The target warehouse space of the Park will reach 130,000 sqm.

Rencar specializes in domestic and international transport, providing shipping services across Europe. The company has leased 2,500 sqm of warehouse and office space.

IGS Schreiner Polska belongs to the German logistics group IGS Schreiner GmbH. The company provides comprehensive services in the field of international and domestic logistics. Its offer includes, among others, sea freight, road freight, air freight, as well as broadly understood warehouse logistics and customs clearance. The company has signed a lease agreement for 2,800 sqm of warehouse and office space.
