Panattoni Europe is launching a new investment in Łódź. The developer has commenced construction of a third warehouse hall with an area of 17,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Łódź East.
Panattoni Europe has begun the expansion of Panattoni Park Łódź East, located in the Olechów district of Łódź, on Zakładowa Street. This is the third phase of the center’s construction. The first two completed buildings in Łódź, with a total area of 76,000 sqm, have been 100% leased. The developer has started construction on the first part of the third hall (17,000 sqm), which will ultimately have an area of 43,000 sqm. Ultimately, Panattoni Park Łódź East will consist of five buildings with a total area of over 160,000 sqm.
