New version of the messenger for carriers

The creators of the freight exchange – TRANS, have just released the latest version of their messenger, numbered TRANS 3.2, on their website www.trans.eu/pl. Among the biggest changes in the new version are: a carrier rating and comment system, intelligent cargo and vehicle offer sorting called SmartSort, cabotage route splitting, and above all, voice calls based on Skype technology. TRANS 3.2 is the most advanced version in the history of the exchange – claim the exchange’s designers.

Less than 6 months have passed since the launch of the last version, Trans 3.0, which included new features such as a contractor rating and comment system or a company payment reliability indicator, and Logintrans is already surprising users with the next installment of its platform.

A revolutionary change in the new version is voice calls (VoIP), which allow TRANS users from all over Europe to talk to each other via the messenger. Using this solution is an ideal way to save money in the company – voice calls via TRANS are completely free. Customers can still use text messaging (chat) through the messenger, just as they did before.

– Voice calls in the new version are a generational leap. Contact via this channel is faster, and all arrangements between parties are more precise – emphasizes Grzegorz Haładus, PR & Communications Manager at Logintrans. – To call an exchange user, simply select them in the messenger window and click the “Call” button.

In version 3.2, the contractor rating and comment system known from TRANS 3.0 has been expanded. While in the previous version only carriers could express their opinion about their principals in the form of ratings and comments, in version 3.2, cargo principals have also received the ability to rate their subcontractors (they can evaluate the carrier’s professionalism, punctuality, or reliability).

A new feature is the “Reliable Carrier” Certificate, which will be awarded to selected carriers meeting criteria of reliability, integrity, or high quality of services provided. Such a certificate will help the principal in making a decision about cooperating with a carrier they have not worked with before. The certificate will be granted only to carriers whose market experience is, for example, no less than 3 years, who possess the required licenses and insurance, or have a good financial standing.

Thanks to the intelligent sorting function SmartSort, an exchange user will first see offers from people who have the same version of the messenger, speak their language, or have a freight price included with the offer. A special algorithm has been created on the exchange, as a result of which each submitted offer is assigned a point value. Based on this, offers are divided into two groups containing 20 and 80 percent of all offers. Offers with a higher SmartSort coefficient value go into the first group, as a result of which they are presented first.
