In today’s world, where information is extremely valuable, the protection of personal and commercial data has become one of the key tasks of financial institutions. The specifics of this market require taking exceptional security measures in all aspects of banking operations. The innovation of the solution lies in handling shipments according to dedicated procedures implemented for each product. The sender of the shipment is assured that the most confidential documents will reach only the hands of the addressee. As part of the service, the Siódemka courier verifies the recipient’s personal data based on an identity document indicated by the sender. Their compliance is confirmed in writing by both the Siódemka courier and the recipient of the shipment.
The implementation of the VIP service by Siódemka goes far beyond the stereotypical standard of providing courier services of the “dispatch – delivery” type. Introducing each new client or procedural product requires Siódemka to make detailed preparations in the IT, operational, and product areas. It starts with developing precise product handling rules with the client, through defining cooperation procedures and specialized staff training.
– The training system for personnel includes knowledge in the scope of products and services provided by the Siódemka client. The result is the delivery of the shipment in accordance with the Client’s guidelines and legal regulations in force in Poland. The VIP shipment delivery process standardly includes several stages: e.g., a telephone contact from the courier with the recipient to arrange a meeting, and then, during the meeting itself, performing a series of actions strictly according to those established in the procedure.
