Translogi is part of the German company Hunsrück-Sondertransport-GmbH, a distributor of Deichmann footwear in the Czech Republic. The company will occupy 3,200 sq m of warehouse and office space.
Tulipan Park Prague is situated on a 75-hectare site and will ultimately offer 260,000 sq m of modern space for warehousing and light production. The park features an excellent location directly by the Prague ring road (R1), 6 km from the Ruzyně international airport. The logistics center has direct access to the European R6 motorway and rail transport.
PEAL specializes in the distribution of “Don Pealo” tobacco products and accessories, as well as HO.RE.CA beverages. The company has leased 1,490 sq m of warehouse and office space.
Tulipan Park Ostrava is being developed on a 4-hectare site located in the Přívoz district. It is a new project offering flexible space for warehousing, light production, and offices. Currently, the Park consists of two buildings offering a total of 11,000 m2 of space. Further expansion of the center by another 8,000 sq m is planned. The main advantage of the Park is its excellent location near the center of Ostrava and easy access to the most important road networks of the Moravian-Silesian region.
