Panattoni Europe has signed another lease agreement. The new tenant at the Panattoni Park Poznań II complex is Newell Rubbermaid Poland, a global supplier of consumer goods, which will occupy 5,950 sqm of warehouse space and 150 sqm of office space. The company will move into the new distribution center in October.
– Due to the dynamic growth of our company, we had to start looking for modern warehouse space that would meet our requirements. We quickly realized that in the Poznań area, Panattoni’s offer is the most competitive and focused on meeting customer expectations. The Panattoni center has an excellent location for a nationwide logistics center – comments Richard Hyam, a representative of Newell Rubbermaid Poland. The transaction was brokered by Colliers International.
Panattoni Park Poznań II is one of the operator’s newer logistics centers, located in Żerniki, 13 kilometers from Poznań, at the intersection of the A2 motorway and the S11 expressway. The center consists of three buildings with a total area of 88,000 sqm. In addition to Newell Rubbermaid, the park’s clients include: arvato services Polska, Carry, C. Hartwig Gdynia, Hoppecke Baterie Polska, Henkel Polska, Kurier Sp. z o.o./VAN Group, Kulczyk Tradex, NO Limit, and Still.
