ProLogis, a global provider of distribution facilities, announced that it has leased 5,500 square meters at ProLogis Park Wrocław III to Kermi, one of the largest radiator manufacturers in Europe and a leading seller of shower enclosures in Germany. The transaction was brokered by the Cushman & Wakefield real estate agency.

ProLogis Park Wrocław III currently consists of four buildings with a total warehouse area of nearly 135,000 square meters. Ultimately, the park will feature five buildings, offering a total of nearly 154,000 square meters of modern warehouse space located near the international airport.
The ProLogis portfolio in the Wrocław region consists of 4 distribution parks (16 buildings) with a total area of 371,000 square meters.
