The park is located near the junction of the A4 motorway and road no. 44 towards Oświęcim. Its convenient location near the Silesian agglomeration and the southern border, as well as the large consumer market of the capital of the Małopolska region, make Panattoni Park Kraków an ideal place for a national or international distribution center. Panattoni Park Kraków is the developer’s first investment in the Małopolska region, completed faster than any other project developed here by industrial space developers. Due to its excellent location, the commercialization of the Kraków park proceeded very quickly. The park’s first tenant, Berner Polska, leased over 3,000 sqm of space while construction was still underway. Other tenants of the park include OSG Polska, DSV Road, and the Znak Social Publishing Institute.
