Dachser and Logimasters, which previously formed a joint venture, are ending their cooperation and beginning to work on a partnership basis. The international logistics operator Dachser has transferred all its international operations to the newly established company “Dachser Brasil Logística Ltda.”, whose headquarters are located in Indaiatuba. From this location, the company manages sea and air transport, cooperating with the Dachser network worldwide and with existing partners. Furthermore, Dachser Brazil has acquired 100% of the shares in the company Logiproject, thanks to which it will coordinate special transport solutions to and from Brazil. Thanks to the new company, Dachser will directly connect the Brazilian market with its international sea and air transport network. The company will be managed by Richard Frank Schües, a manager who gained experience at, among others, Volkswagen Transport of South America and CSAV.
– Thanks to the steps taken, we will strengthen our global air and sea transport network, as well as our position on the Brazilian market.
