Raben Group B.V. has acquired the remaining 40 percent of shares in the company Setto. Consequently, Raben Group has become the sole shareholder of Setto in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
This means a better economic condition for the company, which will translate into security for customers, employees, and business partners associated with Setto. On July 1st of this year, the current name of the company Setto will be modified to Raben Logistics Czech a.s. and Raben Logistics Slovakia s.r.o. The employment structure and services provided will remain unchanged. Great potential, a strong market position, European standards, and shared strategic goals guarantee not only stability but also ensure its development in the future. The introduction of the new name will strengthen the Raben brand in Europe. Thanks to this change, the Group now operates in 9 countries, offering logistics services under the Raben brand.
