The MOBILE 2009 awards were granted based on the “Ranking of the largest companies in the Transport, Forwarding, and Logistics industry in Poland”. This year, the project covered 87 companies representing various scopes of TSL services. DHL Express took fourth place in the “Ranking of TSL companies by revenue from core TSL sales in 2008” and first in the “List of TSL companies by revenue from core sales – companies that declared courier services as their main source of revenue”. The rankings and the accompanying analysis of the TSL market were prepared by a team led by Prof. Halina Brdulak from the Department of International Transport and Logistics at the Warsaw School of Economics.
– The First Choice program we are implementing assumes that employees play a key role in the company management process. Thanks to their knowledge and experience, management processes in various areas are being improved. This translates into increased satisfaction with DHL Express services among our customers. The MOBILE 2009 award we received proves that this approach to business brings results. We are therefore all the more proud of it – said Tomasz Buraś, CEO of DHL Express (Poland).
