By providing comprehensive order handling, TISYS enables more efficient use of Sanitec KOŁO’s resources, reduces expenses, and streamlines information flow. The platform’s modular system, which supports transport processes from registration to the delivery of goods to their destination, will reduce unnecessary bureaucracy, allowing for much faster communication between Sanitec KOŁO and carriers.
TISYS consists of four modules: TICAP, TIFLOW, TISLOT, and TITRAC. By navigating between them, the person responsible for transport in the company can place an order, select a bidder, set time frames for loading and unloading, and check the status of a shipment. A system constructed in this way allows for a significant reduction in the time previously spent searching for shipping companies offering the best terms.
– It is important that TISYS is a closed system. The database of logistics partners is built by the person responsible for distribution in the company. Carriers verified by Sanitec KOŁO in terms of qualifications and reliability are selected, and only they have access to the orders. Such a solution provides a high guarantee of security and quality of services performed – says Grzegorz Cupta, Distribution Manager at Sanitec KOŁO.
The TISYS system has been implemented in locations covered by Intercompany Sanitec and Scanaqua transport. Thanks to the great commitment of Sanitec KOŁO employees, this was achieved within the planned time. The benefits of the implementation, apart from the reduction of bureaucracy, time, and transport costs, also include transparency in the transfer and commissioning of offers, both from the principal’s and the contractor’s side.
