For 7 years, Comarch has been organizing the largest summer internships in the IT industry for 3rd and 4th-year students of IT and economic fields.
– The internship is carried out in project groups under the supervision of a mentor, an experienced Comarch employee. Importantly, the internship topics are real projects resulting from the company’s needs. They therefore provide a chance to gain practical knowledge of the specifics of managing IT projects – says Aneta Lidwin, internship coordinator.
Recruitment for the program ends on May 4th, and the only way to submit an application is to fill out the online form available at www.kariera.comarch.pl, in the Internship 2009 tab. The recruitment process consists of two stages – the first stage involves pre-selection of submitted applications, and the second stage consists of recruitment tests that will assess the level of knowledge acquired during studies. After the testing period, a ranking list will be created, from which the best candidates will be invited to the internship program.
Last year, 216 people completed internships in all Comarch branches. The program includes two internship profiles – IT, which lasts 3 months (from July to September), and economic, lasting 2 months (July and August). All internship participants receive remuneration.
