Implementation of Comarch Internet Banking at DZ BANK Polska SA

Comarch has signed an agreement with DZ BANK Polska SA for the implementation of the Comarch Internet Banking system. The implementation will cover corporate banking modules, Private Banking, and full integration with the central banking system, Profile. The system users will be corporate clients and individual clients covered by the Private Banking program.

The system will be commissioned in the fourth quarter of this year. As part of the implementation, a transactional banking system consisting of a dozen functional modules will be launched, which—in addition to standard functions found in any solution of this class—will include functionalities related to trade finance and investment funds.

 – DZ BANK Polska will be the eighth bank in Poland to use the Comarch Internet Banking system. We are very pleased with the increase in the number of system users, as this guarantees its continuous development and ensures our clients have access to the latest technologies and functionalities. The Comarch Internet Banking system streamlines the customer service process, from registering an internet banking client to processing applications and setting up and managing business-advanced products, such as those in the field of trade finance. It is also important, especially for corporate clients, that the system has tools for generating flexible financial reports and supports numerous data storage formats, which in practice means the ability to exchange data with almost any financial and accounting program – summarizes Tomasz Marszał, Director of the Business Development Center for the Finance, Banking, and Insurance sector at Comarch SA.

One of the distinguishing features of the Comarch Internet Banking system is the emphasis on continuous development and improvement of security mechanisms. The system will allow the bank freedom in configuring internet banking user permissions and, above all, will ensure a high level of security with the possibility of adding new methods of authentication and authorization of orders.

– Thanks to the Comarch Internet Banking system, DZ BANK will receive a flexible and modern internet banking system – says Dariusz Stasik, Advisor to the President of DZ BANK Polska. – On one hand, it will provide clients with fast and secure access to the bank’s rich product offer, and on the other, it will enable the achievement of one of the bank’s primary strategic goals – the highest standard of service for corporate and affluent individual clients.

The Comarch Internet Banking system is the most frequently chosen internet banking system by commercial banks in Poland. It is used by retail and corporate clients of the following banks: Raiffeisen, Fortis, ING, PEKAO, BPH, DnB Nord, and Alior.
