The feature supporting the generation of electronic invoices is part of the electronic document exchange module available in the SENTE brand IT system. It is integrated with the application supporting sales and distribution management called SENTE Sales and Distribution. It enables the creation of invoices in the form of PDF files with information saved in XML language. These documents are processed by the computer system in accordance with the standard electronic invoice template developed by Unizeto Technologies SA, adapted to Polish requirements and conditions. Documents prepared in this way contain all the information that the Unizeto application needs to retrieve the document from the SENTE system, and for the software user to be able to sign it electronically and send it.
