Forklift interchangeable attachment system – part 2

Clamps
Clamps allow for the transport of loads without the use of pallets, either as single or multiple units, and enable vertical positioning and rotation by 180° or 360° in the vertical or horizontal plane, depending on the type of additional device.

Drum clamps are used for picking up and transporting 1-2 or 2-4 drums simultaneously, and in the version with a rotation system, it is possible to tilt and place the drum in a different position or empty its contents.
Drums can be picked up using hydraulically clamped arms (fig. 1) or mechanical jaws (fig. 2), or alternatively steel bands (fig. 4).
The rotation system is initiated hydraulically (hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motor) (fig. 3) or mechanically using a manual gear operated by a crank, or in cases where it is necessary to tilt the drum at
a greater height, the crank is replaced by a manual chain gear (fig. 4).
Wheel clamps (fig. 5 and fig. 6) are designed for the quick and mobile removal, transport, and storage of wheels with very large diameters and weights, used in off-road vehicles such as dump trucks, loaders, wheeled excavators, and other mobile vehicles operating in open-pit mines, landfills, and construction sites.
Using the clamp, it is also possible to sort and stack wheels or tires themselves.
