Elektra, a subsidiary of OPTeam SA, has signed an agreement for the supply and implementation of an integrated management system at Zakłady Tłuszczowe (Fat Processing Plant) in Bodaczów. The implementation will be carried out in Poland as well as in ZTB subsidiaries in Ukraine and Slovakia. The system will cover all areas of the company’s operations.
The contract includes the supply of licenses for the Comarch CDN_XL system, SQL licenses, system implementation, as well as the preparation of a dedicated SKUP solution, the provider’s proprietary solution for managing the procurement of agricultural products and contracting at the headquarters and in the field. The goal of the project is to streamline business processes within the company, particularly in the area of logistics, and the resulting reduction in operating costs.
– We wanted to cooperate with a provider that has experience in managing large-scale projects. The comprehensive offer from Elektra, ensuring the implementation of the system at our plant in Poland, as well as in our subsidiaries in Ukraine and Slovakia, best met our expectations – says Krzysztof Felker, Vice President of Zakłady Tłuszczowe in Bodaczów.
The value of the contract is over PLN 1 million. As part of the implementation, the CDN_XL system will be integrated with the payroll and HR system used by ZTB. The productive launch of the system is scheduled for mid-2009.
