The nationwide press distributor – Kolporter SA, through its Kolporter Express courier services, delivered nearly 2,000 shipments in October this year to customers of Polkomtel SA, one of the largest Polish telecommunications operators.
Kolporter provides courier services as part of Polkomtel SA’s mail-order sales aimed at both individual and business customers. The services are performed throughout the country in both urban and non-urban areas.
Due to the development of mail-order sales, as well as the specific requirements involved, Polkomtel SA decided to look for a partner that could meet the demands of this sales channel. Under the current agreement, Kolporter Express couriers not only deliver shipments to customers but also oversee the signing and return of the set of documents attached to the shipment (including telecommunications service agreements, invoices). They also verify the identity of the person receiving the shipment.
Kolporter SA has signed agreements for courier services with over 1,300 business entities, and by the end of the year, this number is expected to exceed 2,000.
