MobiTrust, a company belonging to the One-2-One capital group, has signed an agreement under which an electronic signature on a mobile phone will be offered in Poland later this year. The agreement is of strategic importance for the development of the company, which is preparing for its debut on NewConnect.
The agreement was signed for an indefinite period and assumes long-term cooperation. Secure Mobile Electronic Signature is a solution developed within the One-2-One group, which owns nearly 44% of MobiTrust shares.
– Signing the agreement with Polkomtel will allow us to use the operator’s sales network for mass distribution of the service. Our solution uses a qualified certificate, so it can be used in contacts with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and Tax Offices. – says Mariusz Malec, CEO of One-2-One.
The mobile eSignature uses a SIM card and a mobile phone for authentication. It is a cheaper and simpler alternative to the solutions offered so far. The eSignature will be available in the Plus GSM network.
Secure Mobile Electronic Signature allows, among other things, for secure:
-
Exchanging documents electronically with government offices – ZUS and Tax Offices, as well as other institutions.
-
Submitting administrative applications electronically.
-
Authenticating electronic invoices.
-
Authenticating transactions in the electronic banking system.
-
Exchanging documents with business partners electronically.
MobiTrust is currently preparing for its debut on the NewConnect stock market. This should happen later this year, but the exact date of the debut depends on market conditions.
