ECR Polska and the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing have published “Category Management Best Practices”. This unique document is a summary of the work of ECR Polska, the creation of standards, and the exchange of experience between representatives of both retailers and manufacturing companies in the FMCG sector. “Best Practices” standardize and offer practical knowledge, helping to better understand common interests and benefits, thereby contributing to better cooperation in supply chains. The document serves as a kind of compendium and is additionally enriched with valuable attachments.
