Przedsiębiorstwo Spedycyjne Trade Trans Sp. z o.o. has leased 4,500 sqm of modern warehouse space at the Żerań Park I logistics park in Warsaw.
Żerań Park I is a warehouse park consisting of four warehouse buildings and one administrative building, with a total area of 52,400 sqm, additionally equipped with a railway siding. The facility is located in the northern part of the Białołęka district, on the right bank of the Vistula River, near the main exit routes from the capital.
In the process of negotiating the lease terms, PS Trade Trans Sp. z o.o. was represented by Maciej Cieliczko and Grzegorz Paluch, advisors in the Warsaw industrial real estate market from Colliers International.
