Colliers International represented CAT LC Polska, a leader in the logistics services market in the automotive sector, in the process of negotiating warehouse space lease terms. CAT LC Polska has leased nearly 5,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Pruszków. The warehouse is intended for a cross-dock platform responsible for distribution in the central and eastern Poland region. Operations are scheduled to begin in March 2008.
Panattoni Park Pruszków is a warehouse center owned by the American corporation Panattoni Development Company LLC. The investment will be commissioned at the beginning of 2008 and will include two buildings with a total area of 67,000 sqm. The facility is located by the A2 national road (Poznań Route), ensuring excellent transit to the entire country. The new CAT LC Polska distribution platform will ensure increased operational efficiency and enable the company’s further, intensive development.
