Unizeto Technologies to develop the Medical Rescue Support Information System

At the end of October, an agreement was signed between the Centre for Health Information Systems (CSIOZ) in Warsaw and Unizeto Technologies SA for the development and implementation of the Medical Rescue Support Information System (ISWRM). The system will be built using a three-tier client-server architecture oriented towards services (SOA – Service Oriented Architecture) and will provide its functionality through a web portal using PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) mechanisms.

The ISWRM system must meet the requirements of the Act on State Medical Rescue and the Act on the computerization of entities performing public tasks, and it will support at least 1,500 users. The system users include the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Interior and Administration, Provincial Crisis Management Centres, Emergency Notification Centres, medical dispatchers, and Healthcare Facilities. As part of the contract, Unizeto Technologies will also design the integration of the ISWRM system with other public registers, and furthermore, for one year after the completion of the implementation, it will provide maintenance and administration services for the system at the data processing centre as well as hot-line support. The value of the contract is 730,000 PLN.
