Grupa Paradyż invests in IFS CRM

Grupa Paradyż is consistently developing its management support system based on IFS Applications. Extending the implementation with the IFS CRM solution has completely changed the way the company conducts business and streamlined the work of its sales representatives.

The supplier of the CRM system for Grupa Paradyż is IFS. The choice of the IFS CRM solution was largely determined by several years of cooperation between the two companies during the implementation of IFS Applications™. The advantages of the system itself also had a significant impact on this choice, including its high flexibility, which facilitates administration and operation, synchronization with the parent ERP system – IFS Applications™, and the ability to fully manage exhibition IT support.

The implementation of the IFS CRM system at Grupa Paradyż was divided into three parts. The first stage focused on meeting requirements using the basic, standard functionalities of IFS CRM. In the next phase, the initial requirements regarding the functionality of the CRM module evolved from a stationary system supporting sales and service towards a mobile version. This completely changed the way the Group’s sales representatives work. They were equipped with Pocket PC Qtec 9090 handhelds with an active GSM card, ensuring efficient communication, data synchronization, and access to the internal network of Grupa Paradyż.

– The implementation of a CRM system, especially its mobile part, involves a fundamental change in the organization of sales and services. – emphasizes Grzegorz Mikucki, Chief IT Officer at Grupa Paradyż. – This change consists primarily in the fact that the basic functionality of the system enables the monitoring of points of sale in terms of recording various types of exhibitions. The CRM system allows our representatives to monitor retail prices in the network of our own dealers. Based on the collected information, a database is created, which forms the basis for designing new exhibitions. And since the cost of preparing an exhibition is huge, using CRM really pays off for us.

The third stage of the implementation aims to adapt the CRM system to the changing requirements related to the business development of Grupa Paradyż.
– Just like the implemented ERP class system, CRM is also constantly being developed by us – admits Grzegorz Mikucki. – We are continuously working on improving functionality. Organizational changes in the company, as well as changes in many areas of Polish economic and tax law, mean that we also make modifications to the IT system. We try to do this on an ongoing basis so that the business processes functioning in Grupa Paradyż are reflected in it.
