The situation on the labor market in 2007 is improving month by month, as illustrated by the results of the cyclical report from the jobpilot service. The number of job offers is growing dynamically, employers are increasing employment in individual sectors, and specialists are receiving better and better financial conditions. Taking into account the growing interest in the foreign labor market, mainly among young specialists with 2-3 years of experience, companies operating in Poland are facing the challenge of not only hiring the best candidates, but above all, retaining them within the organization’s structure. The result of this situation is greater expenditure dedicated to investing in human capital through employee training cycles and building relationships within companies. As the results of the labor report from the last 2 months show, employment in the logistics sector in Poland remains at a similar level. Over 350 offers per month published on the jobpilot.pl service are aimed at logistics employees.
