The Macquarie Goodman Group, which manages logistics real estate, is currently undergoing a rebranding and name change process. The new Goodman brand is the result of the consolidation of five international companies operating in the real estate market.
The creation of the new name and brand marks the culmination of the company’s two-year expansion into the markets of continental Europe and the United Kingdom. Thanks to the acquisition of four companies: Arlington, Eurinpro, Akeler, and Rosemound, as well as the acquisition of a majority stake in the Japanese firm J – Rep through a joint venture agreement, the Goodman Group has become the second-largest industrial real estate group in the world.
– This is a fascinating time for us – says Greg Goodman, Group CEO, Goodman International Limited. – Our company has grown tremendously over the last two years. We will continue this growth – now under a new brand that will ensure the company a strategic position in the future.
