HDF Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in software development for process management, has started offering the production of print-ready labels. To this end, the company has expanded its machinery park with an RLS 271 rewinder with a die-cutter from LESKO, along with full software. The device is designed for the production of blank self-adhesive labels on a web.
– The speed of bringing products to market means that expectations for companies in the automatic identification sector are becoming increasingly high. We strive to stay ahead of them, aiming to provide the highest standards of customer service, which we also understand as offering the market a complete range characterized by uniform and consistent quality. – says Sebastian Nawrot, Key Account Manager at HDF Sp. z o.o.
– Now we provide not only solutions for generating and visualizing barcodes, but also media tailored to individual requirements: paper labels, labels on silicone backing, foil labels, or special PVC labels. Thanks to this, we free our customers from the need to search for many different suppliers.
Thanks to the new investment, HDF can meet even unusual requirements in the field of label production, including lead times (the label die-cutting speed ranges from 150 to 250 m/min). The device allows the company to fulfill orders even for million-piece runs.
– The customer receives a quality guarantee, as they obtain all necessary solutions in the field of automatic identification directly from HDF, rather than from various unrelated subcontractors. – adds Sebastian Nawrot.
HDF’s latest investment is part of the company’s strategy, which includes constantly raising the level of customer service. A recent element of this was enabling HDF customers to test automatic identification solutions. This option was well received – especially by those customers who had not previously had the opportunity to compare solutions from individual manufacturers and thoroughly check their functionality. By launching a fully equipped test station, HDF allows the customer to meticulously familiarize themselves with the full spectrum of automatic identification solutions, testing, among other things, several dozen types of software and several hundred devices, including highly specialized ones, from as many as 30 manufacturers.
