CRM systems significantly improve the operations of individual enterprises, and therefore this system is only partially useful for the needs of a network organization. Not all participants are equally interested in accessing such a database. Manufacturing companies, design offices, and logistics companies are undoubtedly in the circle of interest. Suppliers of raw materials, machinery, and equipment pay much less attention to the CRM system.
A proposal regarding a corporate IT structure is more useful. The structure not only collects information but also:
– carries out activities to acquire it
– constantly analyzes the usefulness of information not only for its own needs but also for the needs of partners forming the network
– updates information resources.

For the company’s needs, codification is carried out, which groups information taking into account its rank. The term business intelligence is associated with the decision-making process.
