The number of consultants in the Consulting and Outsourcing Services departments of the Poznań-based company BCC has exceeded 100. This is currently the largest team of SAP specialists in Poland.
Over the past year, the BCC consultant team has grown by more than 40 percent. In the Consulting Department, where implementation consultants work, such significant growth is linked to the execution of new, large-scale implementation projects. The conclusion of new contracts for ongoing service support (currently for 30 clients) is linked to a significant increase in the potential of BCC’s Outsourcing Services Department.
Half of BCC’s consultants have at least 5 years of experience in SAP implementations. During this time, each of them has gained skills by working on an average of over 20 large SAP projects. The qualifications of BCC employees are confirmed by over 100 SAP and other certificates. Among them are, among others, numerous Project Management Professional (PMP) certificates – the most recognized confirmation of qualifications in the field of project management in the world; as well as certificates granted by APICS, a global institution promoting best practices in production, inventory, and supply chain management.
