– Thanks to the merger, we are becoming the largest partner and player in the Microsoft Dynamics business solutions market in Poland. Currently, we are the only ones who not only have a full portfolio of MBS ERP, CRM systems, and integrated BI solutions and industry tools, but also, having many years of experience, we know the specifics of markets in Europe, Asia, and America – says Manoj Nair, the new CEO of Columbus Poland, and until recently the head of Creative Innovation Group.
The capital merger involved Creative Innovation Group, a Polish IT consulting company, and the Danish Columbus IT Partner. The merger, which has been in preparation since the beginning of this year, is a response to the consolidation of the IT market on one hand, and the expansion of companies in local and foreign markets on the other.
– The benefits of merging both companies are already easy to see. The market has finally received one large Microsoft partner in Poland that has a comprehensive offer – explains Manoj Nair regarding the reasons for the merger.
CIG focused mainly on Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations in medium and large companies and also has experience with projects carried out in Europe and Asia. Columbus IT, in turn, is a provider of IT systems (also dedicated in the MD system) with offices in Europe, America, and Asia. In addition, the new Columbus, whose core is now the Creative Innovation Group team, has taken over from the Polish company Alatus a department specializing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV system implementations for the SME sector.
