Kuehne + Nagel has announced its financial results for the first half of the current year. The company’s turnover increased by 35.6 percent to 8,690.3 million Swiss francs. Gross profit, which is considered a key indicator of a logistics company’s development, almost doubled to 2,505.8 million CHF, and the operating result EBITA increased by 62.2 percent to 415.7 million CHF.
– This strong growth in the first half of this year is the result of the effective implementation of our strategy, continuous growth of existing businesses, efficient company operations, and successful progress in the integration with ACR Logistics, which has been part of Kuehne + Nagel since January 1, 2006.
