The largest chain of perfume and drugstore supermarkets in Poland, Rossmann, has decided to purchase the TETA Personel and HR Analyzer systems, developed by the Wrocław-based IT company TETA SA.
Rossmann has decided to purchase and implement all modules of the TETA Personel application: HR, Payroll, OHS, Social Benefits, and Civil Law Contracts. Selected functionalities from the Human Resources Management area will also be launched and modified to meet the company’s needs. The agreement was signed in May 2005. By the end of July, TETA had prepared the implementation project. The system will calculate salaries for over 2,000 employees. The work will be completed in November of this year.

The next stage of the contract implementation will be the deployment of the HR Analyzer system, which is responsible for, among other things, data analysis and human resources budgeting. Rossmann wants to analyze both current data – employment, salaries, as well as plan budgets for the HR and Payroll and Human Resources Management areas. Work related to the HR Analyzer application will be completed in January 2006.
