Apollo-Rida Poland has announced the commencement of construction work on phase II of the Żerań Park warehouse and office complex. Żerań Park II is a continuation of Żerań Park I, an office and warehouse park created by Apollo-Rida Poland in Warsaw’s Żerań district. The planned project will consist of four buildings with a total area of 50,000 sq m, designed according to the latest logistics and warehouse standards. Ultimately, the Żerań Park complex will be the largest project combining offices, warehouses, and light production activities in Warsaw.

Żerań Park II is not only top-quality warehouse space, but also high-standard offices. The architectural design plans for a clear separation of the office section from the warehouse section by emphasizing the main entrances, an elevated standard of facade elements, signage, and landscape architecture. The buildings have been designed in such a way as to enable the construction of office space tailored to the needs of a specific tenant.

The developer and investor of the Żerań Park II warehouse and office complex is already convinced that this facility will be just as great a success as the first phase of the project, which shortly after completion attracted such well-known companies as ABC Data, Ericsson, Essilor Polonia, GEZE, Milo, Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa, Schrack Energietechnik, and Tech Data.
