MIS S.A., a producer of knowledge and information management software, is launching the mis-Partner21/ISO application. The task of the new software is to support companies in the process of implementing and working within the ISO Quality Management System. – planning, reviewing, implementing, and supervising the execution of corrective and preventive actions,
– registering, qualifying, and supervising non-conformities, non-conforming products, complaints, and claims,
– ongoing reports from management reviews.
This enables minimizing employee involvement in time-consuming activities related to ISO documentation, ultimately increasing work efficiency.
The architecture of the mis-Partner21/ISO application allows it to be adapted to the individual needs of the enterprise. The administrator can easily expand existing documents, fields, and reports, as well as add new ones. Maintaining and developing the application does not require the intervention of the software producer. At the same time, the features of the Lotus Notes/Domino environment allow for introducing new functions without interrupting user work and easily transferring changes to other locations.
