Final stage of GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre completed

Final stage of GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre completed BREMER / GLP

The final warehouse at the logistics and production center in Magnice, near Wrocław, has been completed. The 67,000 sqm building is the largest immediately available facility of its kind in Lower Silesia. It has also received a BREEAM “Outstanding” certification.

The new warehouse incorporates numerous solutions aimed at reducing CO2 emissions and improving energy efficiency, including additional thermal insulation, smart metering systems, and energy-saving LED lighting. Only materials with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certificate were used for interior finishes, and the office areas are equipped with air quality monitoring. The site also features a large parking area and electric vehicle charging stations.

The latest part of GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre is well suited for both logistics companies and light manufacturing. The building's height (12 meters) and floor load capacity of up to 10 tons per square meter allow for safe high-bay storage, installation of production lines, and warehouse automation. Tenants from the manufacturing sector can also benefit from access to a high-capacity power supply.

A key feature of the building is its excellent natural lighting, with skylights covering 12.5% of the roof surface.

We developed Wrocław V Logistics Centre with companies in mind that need top-quality space available immediately – in an energy-efficient building with easy access to major transportation routes in this part of Europe. We aimed for a technical standard that goes beyond typical speculative developments. Together with our clients, we will create a space that stands out on the logistics map of Lower Silesia -
- says Jarosław Czechowicz, country manager at GLP Poland.

GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre is located at the “Kobierzyce” interchange on the S8 expressway, offering quick access to Wrocław, the A4 and A8 motorways, and the S3 and S5 expressways. Public transport provides employees with more than 120 buses and trains daily to the center of Wrocław, nearby suburbs, as well as Świdnica and Wałbrzych.

The general contractor for the final stage of GLP Wrocław V Logistics Centre was Bremer.
