Kuehne+Nagel and Orange, a leading global telecommunications operator, are extending their partnership for another three years in the area of e-commerce operations for communication equipment in France, Poland, and African markets.
Kuehne+Nagel has successfully supported Orange in the growing mobile telephony and internet access services market. Since 2004, logistics operations at a dedicated logistics center near Paris have continued to expand. The highly secured 22,119-square-meter facility employs 150 people. Kuehne+Nagel manages warehousing, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and after-sales service for Orange’s mobile phones, accessories, and internet devices.
In recent years, new technologies have been implemented to minimize environmental impact and optimize resources, such as innovative packaging solutions that provide tailored boxes, optimized volume, and reduced empty space.
Lionel Benezech, Supply Chain Director for France at Orange, said: “We consistently trust Kuehne+Nagel for their reliability and flexibility. With their support, we have been able to handle significantly increased volumes and reduce delivery times, two key challenges for our e-commerce operations.”
We are proud to continue our partnership with Orange. Listening, adaptability, and trust are the foundation of our collaboration. Over time, we have been able to improve our logistics performance, ensuring end-consumer satisfaction. We will continue to innovate and strive for excellence.
